Step A: Install

Windows

Do this: Open this folder in File Explorer and double-click:

INSTALL-WINDOWS.cmd

Browsers cannot run .cmd files from buttons. This is normal Windows security behavior.

Mac

Double-click:

install.command

If macOS blocks it, use the manual command below.

Linux

Use the manual command below from the extracted folder.

Step-by-step

Windows (manual)

  1. Open the extracted kit folder
  2. Right-click inside the folder and choose Open in Terminal
  3. Paste and run:
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\bootstrap_kit\install.ps1

Mac / Linux

bash bootstrap_kit/install.sh

Step B: Connect WordPress

Edit your installed app env file here:

bootstrap_kit/app/.env

Set: WP_URL, WP_USER, WP_APP_PASSWORD

Then run the test post script. On Windows you need PHP installed to run it.
